It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra L. Schiffer DeLeon of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Kemmerer and Myrtle Kemmerer (Eckert). She is survived by: her husband Manuel R. DeLeon; her son Gregory Schiffer; her stepchildren, Peter DeLeon (Kim), Michael DeLeon, Manuel DeLeon, Jr. (Susan) and Janice DeLeon (John Heimbach); and her grandchildren, Jared, Jason, Stephen, Alora Mae, Samantha and Charles. She is also survived by many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
