He is survived by: his wife Luz Maria (Cruz); his children, Blanca (Luis Martinez) of Bethlehem, Nirsa (Pablo Rosa) of Bethlehem, Carmen Rivera-Alicea (Flor Alicea) of Bethlehem, Nancy (Jose Ortiz) of Bethlehem and Santiago Rivera, Jr. of Bethlehem; and his siblings, Claudina, Juanita, Masy, Confe, Marta, Juan and Angel. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
