She was predeceased by: her father David Bonawitz; and her grandparents, Henry, Claudia Rose, Ed and Mary Bonawitz.

She is survived by: her mother Lisa Bonawitz (Rose); her brother Eric Bonawitz of Bath; her grandparents, Thomas and Dolores Griffith of Toms River, NJ; her uncles, Henry (Kathy Rose), Darren (Mary Lou Rose), Brandon (Bonnie Rose) and Dave Sgalambro of Middletown, NJ; her aunt Amanda Rose (Melanie) of Keansburg, NJ; her close friend Andrew Wyffels; and her pet Polo.
