It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Elaine Ellis of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 9, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Edwin West and Anna Mae West (Jason) of East Stroudsburg; her sons, Matthew (Kristen) of Saylorsburg and Scott Ellis of Philadelphia; her grandchildren, Jaxon and Jordyn; and her brother Jason West (Carol) of Newark, Delaware.. She is also survived by several nephews and cousins.
