She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Eckhart, Sr. and Helen Halleman Eckhart; and her brother Woodrow Eckhart, Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Eckhart (Connie Detweiler) and Sue; her former husband William F. Shafer, Jr. (Judy Mauer); her son William F. Shafer, III (Michelle) of Bethlehem; her husband Eugene M. Kubik; her niece Heidi Eckhart (Gary Moyer); her great-nephews, Cash, Lincoln and Cole; and also Margo Urban.
