He was predeceased by: his wife Anne G. Clements; and his parents, Willis Clements and Marge Clements (Collins). He is survived by: his children, Kelly C. Bruce of Charleston, SC, William C. Clements (Kristi) of Fountain Hill and Eric Schwartz (Susan) of Marlton, NJ; his grandchildren, Owen P. Clements, Violet G. Clements, Jay Schwartz and Alex Schwartz (Judith "Jac" Johnson); and his sister Carol Tinoco-Clements (Rene) of Atlanta, GA..
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Herron Funeral Home (458 Center St, Bethlehem, PA 18018).
