He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lukaszczyk and Sophia Lukaszczyk (Kikler); and his brothers, Frank Lukas and John Lukaszczyk. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy H. (Matyas); his children, Dr. John J. Lukaszczyk (Peggy) of Center Valley, Thomas A. Lukaszczyk, Jr. (Ivonne) of Santa Ynez, CA and Ann L. Lukaszczyk of Allentown; his sister Elizabeth Holman of Newport News, VA; and his grandchildren, John J. Lukaszczyk (Ana) of Allentown and Rebecca Priblo (Alex) of Salisbury Township.
