He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Karp and Mary Karp (Volkert). He is survived by: his wife Diane Karp (Nagy); his children, Michael T. Karp and Meaghan E. Trout (Eric) of Gaithersburg, MD; his grandchildren, Alyson, Nathan and Lucy; and his sisters, Judy Karp, Easton and Barbara Frattini.
