He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Amanda Scott; his parents, Lloyd Sames and Mabel Sames (Haines); and his sister Nancy Ryan. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Sames (Hoey); and his grandchildren, Jenna Casciano, Erin Casciano and Rebecca Bachman.
