He is survived by: his wife Betty (Forte); his children, Leeza Fox (Guy) and Dante Fantozzi (Melinda); and his sisters, Josephine Herb, Fernanda Fantozzi and Ettie Spezzano (Frank). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
