She was predeceased by: her husband John G. Gorzelic; her parents, James Snyder and Grace Snyder (Anderson); her grandson Matthew Herzog; and her siblings, James Snyder and Dorothy Herzog.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret M. Herzog (Todd) of Kennewick, WA, Deborah A. Kohr (Robert) of Hummelstown, John Gorzelic (Eileen) of Spring Hill, FL, Robert Gorzelic (Kelly Arndt Hunsicker) of Whitehall and James R. Gorzelic (Kim) of Bethlehem; and her sister Patricia Ballek (Clint) of Schnecksville. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
