He is survived by: his wife Cindy Marie (Mahnken); his father William; his daughters, Katrina Ballek of Springhill, FL and Kayla Miller of Lock Haven, PA; his grandchildren, Grace, Emmett, Colton and Cade; his brother Chris Ballek of Bethlehem; his niece Jennifer Lawless; and his pets, Charles, Blacky, Baby, Bobby, Brandy and Callie.
