He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Yaindl (Tillman) and William P. Gano, Jr.; his son W. Brad Gano; and his former wife Jacquelynne Hartman Gano (Hartman) of College's Société d'Honneur. He is survived by: his wife Mary Mowrer-Gano (Thaeler); and his children, Jocelyn Stanton (David) of Indian Wells, CA and Rhett Gano of Charlottesville, VA. He is also survived by grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
