She was predeceased by : her parents, Willis Smeal and Dorothy Jean Smeal (Luzier); her son Todd Edward Butler; her grandson Jordan Thomas Hile; and her siblings, Leslie Smeal, Edward Smeal and Helen Luzier.

She is survived by : her husband Rodger Lee Campbell; her children, Troy G. Butler (Amy) of Phillipsburg and Tara Lea Hile (Tommy) of Woodland; her stepdaughter Tara Lyn Campbell of Punxsutawney; her grandchildren, Chelsea Lynn Kephart, Breanna Kephart, Braedon Butler, Trent Butler, Logan Hile, Morgan Joyce Hile, Joie Aljoe, Jayden Campbell, Ava Campbell, Lilly Campbell and Mea Baker; and her brother Gregory Smeal (Renee) of Clearfield. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
