The memory of Robert R. Kerr of Big Run, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 12, 2025 at the age of 102, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Reed and Clara Ruth Weiss Kerr; his wife Joan Colkitt; and his siblings, Harry W. Kerr, Charles R. Kerr (Dick), Jean Colkitt and Mary Wachob.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Kerr (Jim Condon) of Chicago and Katie (John Uzzo) of Pittsburgh; his great grandchild A. J. (Stevie Dereume); and his sisters, Lois Hudak and Nancy Hogan. He is also survived by three grandsons.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Deeley Funeral Home (33 Hillcrest Dr, Punxsutawney, PA 15767). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
As Bob was an avid reader, donations in his memory may be made to the Punxsutawney Memorial Library.
