He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wilson Blair and Kathryn Luemma Blair (Frederick). He is survived by: his stepmother Marianne Blair; his son William "Will" Wilson Blair of Santa Rosa, California; his stepdaughter Alexis Beebe (R. J.) of Santa Rosa, California; his stepgrandchildren, Roman Beebe and Penelope Escobedo; and his siblings, Mary Mack (Ken) of Punxsutawney, Debbie Contanzarito (Donald) of Medina, Karen Knopick (John) of Punxsutawney and David E. Blair (Deb) of Punxsutawney. He is also survived by six nieces and one nephew.
