He was predeceased by: his parents, Nile Justice and Edith Justice (Bartram); and his siblings, Iva Virginia and Gene. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Justice Jr., Joseph Justice and Jessiana Anderson; his sister Jeanette Showers; and his grandchildren, Audrey, Ruth, Jerry, Mary, Fredrick, Julianne and Paul. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
