He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis F. Rinehart and Kathryn E. Rinehart (Boyer). He is survived by: his children, Tracey Willet and Travis Rinehart (Nicole) of Smyrna Georgia; his stepchildren, Robert L. Taylor of Biglerville, William G. Taylor of Manchester and Andrea C. Taylor of Biglerville; his granddaughter Morgan Myers (Clayton) of West Virginia; his stepgrandchildren, Courtney, Mikayla Taylor, Gavin Taylor and Liam Avery; his grandson Paxton Rinehart; and his siblings, Shelva Walsh of North Carolina, Ardella Markle of Hanover, LaDawna Mays (Jon) of Glen Rock and Dwayne (Lori) of York. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
