He is survived by: his children, Kathy Morrow of Biglerville, Wayne Shaffer of Biglerville and Kay Redding (Donald) of Biglerville; his grandchildren, Matthew Morrow (Jen), Micah Morrow (Bekah), Aimee Worth (Cameron), Michael Shaffer (Christina), Ryan Shaffer (April) and Cody Redding; his great grandchildren, Bentley, Abby, Micah, Malachi, Annabelle, Sophie, Issac, Paisleigh, Raegan, Saidie, Dylan, Caleb and Aubrey; and his siblings, David Shaffer, John Shaffer, Randy Shaffer, William "Bill" Shaffer, Shelby Feaster, Maryann Dickinson, Sandy Harmon and Linda Thomas.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dugan Funeral & Cremation, Ltd. (111 S Main St, Bendersville, PA 17306). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
