She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosville C. Topper and Theresa A. Topper (Gebhart); her husband H. William Barbour; and her siblings, Doris Topper, Francis Topper, Ann Topper Hamilton, Rosville Topper, Jr., Pauline Topper Adamik, Paul Topper and Gerald "Pat" Topper, Sr..
She is survived by: her son Matthew Barbour of Biglerville, PA; and her nieces, Terry Adamik and Trish Collins. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
