He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Edward Oyler and Myrtle Beatrice Oyler (Strickhouser); and his siblings, Carl Oyler, Charles "C." Price Oyler and Doris P. Oyler.
He is survived by: his wife Nadine Yvonne Oyler (Tuckey); his daughters, Kim Ridinger (Greg) of Gettysburg, Denise Cline (Mike) of Biglerville, Jennifer Robinson (Joey) of Gettysburg and Kamela Fetter (Jason) of Gettysburg; and his grandchildren, Kelly Shaffer, Keith Ridinger, Keary Wolf, Krista Sharrah, Erica Morris, Jared Robinson, Jenna Robinson and Phillip McDannell. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Frederic's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
