He is survived by: his children, Kathy Jo Sassaman (Larry), Diane Kay Taughinbaugh (George), Jennifer Lynn Uber (Robert) and Joseph Andrew Showers (Sheila); his grandchildren, Kristin, Andrew, Ashton, Tyrel, Mallory, Grant, Dayne and Denton; and his sisters, Marie Helm and Dora Sandoe. He is also survived by spouses and 8 great-grandchildren.
