She was predeceased by: her father Robert E. Barbour. She is survived by: her mother Theresa A. Barbour (Kuykendall); her husband David Heflin; her children, Jessica Nelson (Josh) of Kadoka, SD and Lee Welty of Biglerville; her stepson Andrew Heflin; her grandchildren, Liam Welty, Emily Nelson, Lauren Nelson and Carter Nelson; her sister Donna McCauslin (Wayne) of Biglerville; her niece Katie McCauslin; and her nephew Robbie McCauslin (Maria).
Viewing will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dugan Funeral Home, Inc. (111 S Main St, Biglerville, PA 17306). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Biglerville Cemetery.
