He was predeceased by: his mother Wanda Ruth Shaffer (Seymour). He is survived by: his parent Dean Shaffer; and his brothers, Philip West (Darlene) of East Berlin, Ronald West (Rose) of Gettysburg, Stephen of Biglerville and James Shaffer of Biglerville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dugan Funeral & Cremation, Ltd. (111 S Main St, Biglerville, PA 17306). A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
