He is survived by: his children, Barbara (John McGuigan) and Steven Cook; his stepdaughter Martha (Steve Cicala); his grandchildren, Jason McGuigan and Miranda McGuigan; his brother Robert (Carol Cook); and his sibling's children, Laurel, Beth and Thomas.
