He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe G. Hummel and Evelyn M. Hummel (Strunk); his granddaughter Caitlin Ann Nazaryk; and his brother David Hummel. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Hummel (Gerhart); his daughter Beth Ann Nazaryk; his brother Neil Hummel; and his grandson Conner Nazaryk.
