He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Franklin R. and Mary E. Arters (Hoffman); his children, Kent D. Arters (Susan) of Reading, PA, Kevin S. Arters (Deborah) of Birdsboro, PA and Corinne R. Bascelli (David); and his grandchildren, Megan M. Warren, Aaron M. Arters and Brandon S. Arters.
