He was predeceased by: his parents, James Russell Loomis and Florence Loomis (Montgomery); and his son Christopher Loomis. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jean Loomis (Silvano); his son James E. Loomis, II (Monica) of Oxford, PA; his grandchildren, Paisley and Quinn Loomis; and his stepgranddaughter Dakota Coughlan.
