Phillips; his granddaughter Payslie; and his siblings, Ray W. Phillips (Cheryl Phillips), Sheila M. McCann (Michael McCann, Jr.), Roy W. Phillips, Jr. (Lori Phillips), Stephanie McLaughlin, Jen McLaughlin, Steven McLaughlin and Jamie Stitt.
