She is survived by: her children, Gary Henry (Michelle) of Black Lick, PA, Jamie Wagner (Thomas) of Black Lick, PA and James Henry, Jr. of Black Lick, PA; her grandchildren, Jeremy Paulson (Amber), Brian Paulson (Gabrielle), Tera Paulson, Tommy Wagner, Laura Rowley, Ayden Henry, Shauna Long (Ron), Cassie Douglas and Rebecca Rowley; her siblings, Sam McAdams (Janice), Helen Hill and Delores Resides; and her cousin Cherri McAdams. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
