We are sad to announce that on June 24, 2025 we had to say goodbye to William R. Muir of Black Lick, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint William leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Muir and Janet L. Muir (Johnston). He is survived by: his wife Diana Muir (Lowther) of Black Lick, PA; his daughter Angelica Muir of Black Lick, PA; his sister-in-law Anna Smith of Little River, SC; his parents-in-law, David Lowther of New Florence, PA and Anna Clark of Ebensburg, PA; his aunt Marjorie Piper of Blairsville, PA; and his cousins, Dave and Rose Piper. He is also survived by several Nieces & Nephews.
A reception will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ferguson Funeral Home (25 W Market St, Blairsville, PA 15717).
