He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. and Grace E. Moose (Shuman) of Loysville; and his siblings, Mary E. Nace and William S. Moose. He is survived by: his wife Kathy L. Moose (Gutshall); his children, Chad C. Mitten (Katrina) and Jamie D. Moose (Jerry); and his sister Donna J. Myers of Newville.
