He was predeceased by: his parents, James McGarvey and Martha McGarvey (Dodson); his siblings, Kathleen Rooney, Donna Gump and Jay McGarvey; and his daughter-in-law Amber McGarvey.
He is survived by: his wife Mary McGarvey; his sons, Bill McGarvey (Carla), Mike McGarvey and New Kensington; his grandchildren, Lauren Perry, Kiera McGarvey and Khloe McGarvey; his great grandchild Harper Perry; his brother David McGarvey (Louise); and his nephew Jim Gump (Wendy).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home (139 N Ligonier St, New Florence, PA 15944). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
