He is survived by: his daughter Adrianne Poklemba of Carbondale; his grandchildren, Jayden Poklemba, Gabriella Poklemba and Carter Cisneros; and his sisters, Connie Kolosinsky (Bobby) of Throop, Joanne McGee (Barry) of Lebanon and Rosemary Palazzari (Armond) of Scott Township. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
