She is survived by: her children, P. E. of Hampton, VA, Dr. Ellen Arruda (Anthony) of Ann Arbor, MI, Alan Perkoski of Jermyn, PA and Susan (Thomas); and her grandchildren, Nicole, Etsie Arruda, TJ, Brandon, Dr. Megan Hazelton, Courtney Rodriguez and Morgan Vanbuskirk.
