Gaetano (Jacqueline), Ransom Twp and Sue Ann Karlavige (Joseph); her grandchildren, Bryn and Timothy Karlavige; her former husband Leonard S. Gaetano (Carole Mcandrew); and her siblings, William Burns (Arlene), Theresa Grzyboski, Rosemarie Pivovarnik (Paul), Martin Burns (Alison), Anthony Burns and Eugene Burns (Jennifer). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the James M. Margotta Funeral Home (1019 Main St, Peckville, PA 18452). A Mass was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church Cemetery (411 Church St, Archbald, PA 18403).
