He was predeceased by: his father Jason P. Proctor; and his grandparents, John, Geraldine Detrow of Maryland, Hamilton and Twila Proctor of Renovo.
He is survived by: his close friend Bobbie R. Spangler of Blanchard; his son Dylan Proctor (Nicholas Mills) of Lock Haven; his siblings, Randy Proctor (Cathy) of Corvallis, MT, Tonya Orwick (Dom) of Howard and Jeri Carver (Chad) of Howard; and his grandchildren, Raylyn, Emma Proctor and Brady Proctor. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
