She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph J. Matus and Frances M. Matus (Zelko); her husband John R Pazak, Jr.; and her brother Raymond Matus. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa R. Pazak of State College and Heather A. Pazak of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; and her siblings, Connie Matus of Natrona Heights and Ronald Matus (Rita) of Calif.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Siwicki - Yanicko Funeral Home (23 McKrell Rd, Russellton, PA 15076). A prayer was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Our Lady of the Lakes Parish - Russellton (100 McKrell Rd, Russellton, PA 15076).
