We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2025, at the age of 87, Jane E. (Charleston) Weir of Blandon, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar L. Charleston and Emma E. Charleston (Crone); her husband William L. Weir; and her siblings, Donald Charleston, John Charleston, Eugene Charleston, Edgar Charleston, Jr., Doris Brosey and Joann King.
She is survived by: her children, Teri L. Bruns (David W. Bruns) of Madison, WI and Thomas L. Weir (Ellen E.); her grandchildren, Tyler Weir (Susan), Allison Weir, Jonathan Bruns (Mackenzie), Christopher Bruns (Heidi) and Ryan Bruns; and her great grandchildren, Lucia, Bennett, Tyler, Walter, Will and Stanley.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Paul's United Church of Christ (5 W Arch St, Fleetwood, PA 19522). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Paul's Ucc Church (5 W Arch St, Fleetwood, PA 19522).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jane's memory to the Animal Rescue League of Berks County, 58 Kennel Rd, Birdsboro, PA 19508 or to Wellspan Philanthropy Gift Processing Center, In Memory of Jane Weir, PO Box #1281 Lebanon, PA 17042.
