She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Beard (James) and Russell Beard; and her sisters, Katherine Kershaw and Patricia Loose. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth E. Withers; her children, Karyn E. (Shawn Morrison) and Mariellen L. Withers; and her pets, Skittles and Mace. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
