He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles V. Silvio and Doris Hurst Magosnowski; his siblings, Robert "Bobby" DiPaolo, Gerald Silvio, James "Jimmy" Silvio, Joseph Silvio, Peter Magosnowski and Judy Silvio Moore; and his nieces, Jacquelyn Shorney and Melissa Guentner-Miller.
He is survived by : his wife Michealle Renne Frey; his sisters, Jan Silvio Dhal, Michelle DiPaolo Calabro and Marilyn DiPaolo; his nieces, Jennifer Hanford, Elexis Raisley, Megan Jones and Leah Frey; and his nephew Ian Frey.
