We bid farewell to Patricia L. Leddon of Blawnox, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 21, 2025 at the age of 86. Patricia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Rex and Leah Ruth Gibson (McMullen); her spouse Dale E. Leddon; and her brothers, Jackson, Ronald and William Gibson.
She is survived by: her children, Duncan Leddon (Merilou) and Heather Dittig (John); her grandchildren, Danielle Sweatt (Jimmy), John Anthony Dittig (Sarah), Debra Bury, Dannan Beltran, Derek Bury, William Bury and Sarah Bury; and her great grandchildren, Aiden Sweatt, Brianna Sweatt, Jackson Dittig, Jaclyn Bilak, Jena Bilak, Laurel Silva, Dakota Silva and Alexandra Beltran.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Patricia's name to Bethany Hospice and Palliative Care, 400 Holiday Drive, Foster Zero, Suite 101, Pittsburgh PA 15220, would be appreciated.
