He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John "Jack" Owens Jr. and Ethelyn Yaley Owens; his brothers, John "Jack" Owens (Nancy) of State College and David Owens (Gloria) of Hampton Twp; his stepson Ronald Schiller (Melanie); his children, Kirk Owens (Josie) and Theresa Owens (Kent Kelley); his grandchildren, Leo, Matthew and Rylee Speicher; and his nephews, John and Michael Owens of State College.
