She is survived by: her husband Jay S. Hock; her daughter Roxanne Shifrin (David) of Norwalk, CT; her grandchildren, Henry Shifrin, Samantha Shifrin and Oliver Shifrin; her son Duane Hock of Bloomsburg; her grandchildren, Ryan Hock, Mitchell Hock (Kaitlyn) and Corinne Melchiorre (Mike); and her great grandchildren, Kinlee, Kallie and Cami.
