Though John may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey L. Lanning and Ethel G. Lanning (Aten). He is survived by: his children, Billie Jo Lynn Lanning of Milford, Jory Lanning of Bloomsburg, Paul Lanning of Pittsburgh and Emily Lanning of Pittsburgh.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (7368 School House Rd, Berwick, PA 18603).
