He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey L. Lanning and Ethel G. Lanning (Aten). He is survived by: his children, Billie Jo Lynn Lanning of Milford, Jory Lanning of Bloomsburg, Paul Lanning of Pittsburgh and Emily Lanning of Pittsburgh.
