He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Levan and Betty Levan (Walters); his wife Letha F. Levan (Winn); his great grandchildren, Parker and Macy Majka; and his siblings, Janet Snyder, Rose Winn, Linda Royer and Jay Levan.
He is survived by: his children, Tammie (Daren Brophy) of Catawissa and Terry A. Levan (Sandy) of Bloomsburg; his grandchildren, Christopher Levan, Andrea (Jason Correll), Christine (Ron Majka), Nathan Brophy (Emily) and Katie Titman; his great grandchildren, Brysin, Rhyleigh, McKenna, Ace, Maddy, Eli, Eden, Ronnie, Jason Jr. and Brody; and his siblings, Joyce Girton of Orangeville, Ray Levan (Kaye) of Riverside, Ruthann Buxton of Catawissa, Bonnie (Allen Helwig) of Catawissa, Carlene Foust (Bob Winn) of Catawissa, Cathy Miller of Bloomsburg and Dean Levan of Mt. Pleasant Mills.
