He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Baker, Sr. and Barbara Baker (Miller); and his brother William A. Baker, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Robert E. Baker, Jr. (Laura) of Bloomsburg; his grandchildren, Belinda Baker and Robert Baker, III; his brother Brian Baker (Lynn) of Berwick; and his sibling's children, Barbara Baker and William Baker, III.
