He is survived by: his wife Jerri Telesky of Bloomsburg; his children, Nicholas John Telesky (Amy Sue) of Milton and Shana Marie Telesky of Bloomsburg; his granddaughters, Tacie and Sydney Telesky; his brother Joseph Telesky; and his nephew Jim Telesky of Shippensburg.
