He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis Roupp; his stepmother Sandy Roupp; his son Thomas Roupp; and his brother Rodney Roupp. He is survived by: his wife Laura Roupp (Knapp); his father Ross Roupp; his parents-in-law, Sharon Phillips and Harry Phillips; his siblings, Kathleen (John Gibson), Kenny (Mary Roupp), Jerry (Eileen Roupp), Eugene (Christine Knapp Jr.), Paul (Karen Knapp), Kathy (Jeff Heath) and Louanne (Greg Creeden); his sons, Timothy, Robert and David Roupp; his sister-in-law Karen Roupp; his friend Becky Harvey; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Ethan, Rylee and Brayden. He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (301 Main St, Blossburg, PA 16912).
