She was predeceased by: her father Albert Sassone; her siblings, Gaetano Sassone and Helen Mocarski Frances Mikalic; her great grandchild Angelo Cruz; and her stepson James Vile, Jr..

She is survived by: her mother Maria Sassone; her sister Theresa Guarracino; her husband James Vile of Summerfield, FL; her children, Lynn Carney (Craig) of Middletown, DE, Victor Phillip (Maryann) of Lewes, DE, Mark Phillip (Sharon) of Tampa Bay, FL, Raymond Hastings (Chris) of Harrisburg, PA, Michael Hastings (Roseann) of Boothwyn, PA and Frankie Hastings (Margie) of Chester, PA; and her stepson Matthew Vile of Delaware. She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews, 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
